Hi! I’m Kathy McGuriman

I am a full-time Realtor with a focus in Bucks and Montgomery counties.

My mission is to make the buying and selling of real estate as simple as possible for my clients, stress free and as enjoyable as possible.

I live in the Lansdale area of Montgomery county and love the community. We are growing and changing and it takes a Realtor who is involved and lives in the community to help you buy there.

How close to the initial asking prices of the homes you sold were the final sale prices?

That is a great question for buyers and sellers. It was 96.4% in 2014.

Will you represent a client exclusively, or will you represent both the buyer and the seller in the transaction?

I generally don’t like to sell the homes I list.  I believe that to be a conflict of interest.  I will typically refer the buyer to an agent in my office, or have my manager work through the negotiation period of the contract for me.  But I will remain in contact with that buyer through the entire process.

How will you keep clients informed about the progress of a transaction? How frequently?

I first find out how the client wants communication, phone, email, text, etc.  Then every step of the way I am involved, plus when a contract is executed, they get a cheat sheet on dates, plus reminders from me via their preferred method of communication.
