How many days does it take you to sell a home on average?
Less than 60 days is the average time it takes me to sell a home.

How close to the initial asking prices of the homes you sold were the final sale prices?
That is a great question for buyers and sellers. It was 96.4% in 2014.
Will you represent a client exclusively, or will you represent both the buyer and the seller in the transaction?
I generally don’t like to sell the homes I list. I believe that to be a conflict of interest. I will typically refer the buyer to an agent in my office, or have my manager work through the negotiation period of the contract for me. But I will remain in contact with that buyer through the entire process.
How will you keep clients informed about the progress of a transaction? How frequently?
I first find out how the client wants communication, phone, email, text, etc. Then every step of the way I am involved, plus when a contract is executed, they get a cheat sheet on dates, plus reminders from me via their preferred method of communication.
